Prepare 2 carrots, 1 red onion, 1 zucchini, and cut it in squares. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes on 180 Celsius degrees.
In the meantime wash a handful of dried raisins with hot water and then pour cold one and leave it soak until vegetable get ready.
In another cup put chicken broth or dried vegetable seasoning with boiled water.
Now get the veggies from the oven and fry it on a pan.
Take couscous made of maize ,one cup is enough, and pour over prepared broth in another pan.
After a while couscous is ready to be added to vegetable mix.
The last step is to prepare a marinade of 2 table spoons of olive oil and 1 tea spoon of lime or lemon, 1 tea spoon of cinnamon, coriander and cumin and one clove of pressed garlic.
Mix altogether and enjoy.
